What it is
Kagor is one of Moldova's most distinctive wines — a deep-coloured, naturally sweet red produced from late-harvested dark grapes. Acorex Wine Holding, based in Chisinau, has been making Kagor for decades and is among Moldova's most recognised producers.
This bottle pours deep ruby-garnet with ripe aromas of dark cherry, dried plum and a hint of warm spice. On the palate it is smooth and velvety, with medium sweetness, well-rounded tannins and a long, warming finish.

Grapes (Cabernet Sauvignon, Saperavi, Rara Neagra), concentrated grape must; antioxidant: sulphur dioxide; preservative: potassium sorbate.
