What it is
Obuolių actas is a traditional Lithuanian apple wine vinegar, produced by fermenting apple juice to 6% acidity. Naturally fermented without artificial additives, it has a gentle tartness and a mild fruity note that makes it suitable across a wide range of kitchen uses — from dressings to preserving.
Use in salad dressings, marinades for fish or meat, sauces, and vegetable preserves. Dilute 1:1 with water for a milder pickling brine. Store at 0–25°C.
