What it is
A traditional Eastern European aspic made with quality chicken cuts — no mechanically separated meat, no extenders. Vigesta's Premium recipe uses whole-muscle chicken pieces gently cooked and set in a clean, protein-rich broth. The jelly firms up to a neat slice straight from the chiller.
Serve cold, cut in thick slices with mustard and rye bread, or diced into a vinegret salad. A sharp gherkin on the side completes it.
