What it is
Jaunpils low-fat curd (biezpiens) is fresh pressed cottage cheese — light, crumbly and protein-rich, made from Latvian farm milk.
Eat with honey or fruit for a light breakfast, or use as a high-protein base for syrniki, dumplings, and cheesecakes. Jaunpils Dairy has been producing dairy in this corner of Latvia since 1912.
