What it is
Laima has been making chocolate in Riga since 1870, and Lukss — the name means luxury in Latvian — has been one of its signature bars for decades. A straightforward, satisfying dark chocolate with a minimum of 52% cocoa, enlivened by crunchy roasted almond pieces and the occasional bite of dried sour cherry.
