What it is

Suluguni in its natural form — white, springy, lightly salty, made from cow’s milk at 45% fat in dry matter. The unsmoked sister of the amber-crusted version.

Slice for khachapuri, melt onto hot bread, pull into long strands at the table, or chop into a tomato-walnut salad.
