What it is
Spilva has been making condiments and preserves in Latvia since 1934. This raspberry jam is made from whole-fruit Latvian raspberries, cooked with sugar and set with pectin to give a glossy, spreadable preserve with a vivid colour and a clean, tart-sweet berry flavour. Works equally well on rye bread, white toast, or stirred into porridge.
