About this product
Letcho is a Central- and Eastern-European tomato-paprika stew that travelled from Hungary across the Baltics and Eastern Europe. Spilva's version replaces the usual pepper with mushrooms — button mushrooms make up over a quarter of the jar — sitting in a glossy, slightly sweet tomato-paprika sauce.
Eat warm or cold. Spoon over rice, pasta, buckwheat or boiled potatoes; fold into omelettes; serve as a hot side with grilled sausages; use as a quick pasta sauce stirred through with a knob of butter. It also makes an unexpectedly good baked-potato topping.

Water, mushrooms (27.6 %), tomato paste, sugar, paprika, thickeners (modified starch, xanthan gum), salt, acidity regulator (acetic acid), spices, flavouring agents (contain soya and milk).
