What it is
Zvonkoe Leto («Sonorous Summer») is a classic Russian jelly candy from Rot Front — one of Moscow's oldest and most celebrated confectionery factories. Each piece is a soft, chewy jelly centre bursting with the tangy flavour of ripe black currant, enrobed in a thin layer of dark chocolate glaze. The balance between the bright sharpness of the berry and the bitterness of the chocolate makes these little sweets genuinely hard to stop at one.

Sugar, glucose syrup, water, gelatin, citric acid, lactic acid, black currant flavouring, food colouring (anthocyanins); chocolate glaze: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), vanillin.
