What it is
Khinkali are the iconic pleated dumplings of the Georgian highlands. Each piece is hand-shaped into a distinctive twisted knot, enclosing a loose, seasoned meat filling that releases a burst of savoury broth the moment you bite in. The classic way to eat them: hold by the knot, bite from the side to sip the broth first, then eat the filling and dough — the knot itself is left on the plate.
Set N7 is a ready-to-cook portion of khinkali with a traditional filling of beef and pork with onion, garlic, fresh coriander, and a touch of chilli.
