What it is

Kozinaki is one of the oldest confections of the Caucasus and Eastern Europe — roasted sesame seeds pressed together with caramelised sugar syrup and set into a dense, crisp slab. The result is intensely nutty and satisfying, with a clean sweetness from the caramel.
