What it is
Designed for chicken, this seasoning brings together warm spices — paprika, coriander, garlic, and black pepper — in a blend that tenderises the meat and adds a rounded, aromatic depth when grilled. Mix with oil, coat the chicken, and leave to marinate before threading onto skewers or roasting in the oven.
Mix the 60 g pack with 3–4 tablespoons of sunflower oil for 1 kg of chicken. Marinate for 2–8 hours in the refrigerator. Grill over charcoal, roast at 200°C for 35–40 minutes, or cook on a griddle pan until golden and cooked through.
