What it is

Servilat Dvoryanskiy is a premium smoked sausage from Germes, one of Latvia's established meat producers. Made from carefully selected pork and bacon, this sausage has a firm, dense texture with a clean smoky finish. The name Dvoryanskiy — meaning "noble" in Russian — reflects the quality of its ingredients and the care taken in its preparation: well-seasoned, slow-smoked, and made without compromises. Slice it thin and serve on dark rye bread for a classic Eastern European snack.

Best served chilled, thinly sliced on dark rye bread with mustard or horseradish. Goes well with pickled gherkins and sharp cheeses. A natural choice for a cold-cuts platter or a packed lunch.
