What it is
Krakovskaya is one of the most recognisable semi-smoked sausages of Eastern Europe — a style rooted in the traditions of Kraków that spread widely across the region. Nakotne's Premium take keeps the hallmarks intact: chunky lean pork and beef, generous garlic, warming spices, and a clean alder-smoke finish.
Best served cold, sliced thick — with rye bread, mustard, and a sharp pickle. It also crisps up well in a hot pan for a heartier plate.
