What it is
Tejas is a cooked pork sausage produced by RGK — Rēzekne Meat Factory, one of Latvia’s most established meat producers. Made from selected pork with a smooth, fine-ground texture, it delivers the mellow, lightly seasoned character that defines the Baltic cooked sausage tradition.
Serve hot or cold: boil briefly, pan-fry until lightly golden, or slice straight from the fridge onto a piece of rye. Pairs well with mustard, pickles, or a sharp horseradish sauce.
