What it is
These golden bliny are made from a light wheat batter, folded around a generous filling of cooked chicken, softened onion and black pepper. A classic of the Eastern European kitchen — satisfying as a quick lunch or a warm starter.
Pan-fry in a little butter or oil over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and heated through. Or reheat covered with foil in an oven at 170°C for 10–12 minutes.
