What it is
A ready-to-eat borscht made with fresh vegetables cooked in the Ukrainian tradition. Beetroot gives it that deep crimson colour and earthy sweetness; white cabbage and potato add body. No preservatives — just sunflower oil, tomato paste, a touch of black pepper and bay leaf.
