What it is
The telnyashka is one of the most enduring garments to come out of Eastern European naval tradition — a horizontally striped undershirt originally worn by Russian Navy sailors, later adopted by marines, paratroopers, and generations of civilians who simply liked the look. This winter version is made from heavyweight 100% cotton, giving it the warmth and structure to work as a base layer or a standalone top. The alternating white and navy blue stripes are knitted directly into the fabric, so they won't fade or crack the way printed stripes do.

How to wear
