What it is
Mazurski Smak is Mlekpol's signature regional cream line, produced at the cooperative's creamery in Poland's Mazury lake district. At 18% fat it sits in the sweet spot — rich enough for baked potatoes, pierogi and soups, yet light enough to swirl through dressings or dollop on a beet salad. The texture is uniform and smooth with the clean, gentle sourness that characterises a good Polish śmietana.
