Mix for Korean-Style Carrots

Everything you need for a perfectly spiced carrot salad in one sachet

Spice Blend · 80 g

What It Is

A ready-to-use blend for making Korean-style carrots (morkov po-koreijski) — one of the most popular salads across Eastern Europe. The mix is pre-measured for a single batch of around 500 g of carrots, so there is no guesswork on quantities.

How to Use

Grate 500 g of raw carrots on a julienne grater. Heat 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil until hot, pour over the carrots, then add the spice mix and 2 tablespoons of white vinegar. Toss well and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour — overnight gives the best result.
