What it is
Kindzmarauli is one of Georgia's most celebrated wine appellations — a Protected Designation of Origin in the Kvareli district of Kakheti. The wines produced here come exclusively from the Saperavi grape and are renowned for their natural semi-sweetness, achieved not through added sugar but by halting fermentation while residual sugars remain intact.
Mimino Chateau Grammy brings this storied Kakhetian character to the glass: deep ruby in colour, with a velvety texture and a bouquet that opens with blackberry, cherry and plum, followed by a long, gently warming finish.

100% Saperavi — Kakheti, Georgia, PDO Kindzmarauli. Grapes are harvested at peak ripeness to preserve the natural residual sweetness characteristic of the appellation. No sugar added.
