What it is
A complete flour mix from Lithuania's Malsena for baking white bread at home, in the oven or a bread maker. The kit comes with two sachets: the main flour blend and a separately sealed dry-yeast packet. Just add 360 ml of warm water — no sourcing individual ingredients, no guesswork on proportions. Bake at 200 °C for 40–45 minutes and you get a light, well-risen loaf with a golden crust.
Ingredients
Rye sifted flour, wheat flour (first grade), heat-treated wheat flour, sugar, dry sourdough (whey powder, gelatinised corn starch, soy flour, acidity regulators: citric acid, acetic acid), rye malt, salt, caraway seeds, whey powder, wheat fibre. Yeast sachet: dried yeast, emulsifier sorbitan monostearate (E491).
