What it is
Malsena’s crepe mix combines finely milled wheat flour (77%), whole milk powder, and egg powder — the dry ingredients pre-weighed and balanced so every batch comes out thin and golden. No eggs to crack, no measuring milk: just the mix and cold water.
How to prepare
Empty the 400 g pack into a bowl. Add 800 ml of cold water and whisk until the batter is smooth. Heat a lightly greased pan and pour in a ladleful at a time, tilting to spread thin. Fry until the edges lift, flip, and cook briefly on the other side. Serve with sour cream, smoked salmon, soft cheese, or a spoonful of jam.
