What it is
Birch sap is collected in early spring, when birch trees draw water from the thawing ground and carry it upward through the trunk. The window for tapping is short — a matter of weeks — and the sap that flows is pale, faintly sweet, and unlike anything made in a factory.
Magnum's Traditional Birch Sap is bottled with minimal processing to keep the natural mineral profile intact: a gentle sweetness, a clean finish, and the subtle earthiness of the season it comes from. Served cold, it is one of the quietly distinctive tastes of the Baltic spring.
