What it is
Linden honey is harvested when linden (lime blossom) trees are in full flower — a narrow window that gives the honey its unmistakable pale amber colour, delicate sweet fragrance, and the subtle menthol-like warmth that lingers on the palate. Paseka's linden honey is slow-poured into jars to preserve its texture: smooth and gently crystallising over time into a fine cream.
It pairs naturally with a cup of herbal tea, spreads cleanly over rye bread or sourdough, and dissolves readily into warm drinks without overpowering other flavours.
