What it is
Honey from lime (linden) blossom — pale gold turning almost white as it crystallises, with a soft floral aroma and a clean, mild sweetness. Less assertive than wildflower, more delicate than buckwheat.
Stir into hot tea (after it cools below 40 °C so you do not destroy the enzymes), spread on warm bread, or eat straight by the spoonful when a winter cold is coming on.
