What it is
Prozit Classic is a selection of eight individual dark chocolate sweets, each holding a different spirit-based filling: Coffee, Riga Black Balsam, Whisky, Cognac, Cherry Brandy, Tequila, Rum, and Banana Liqueur. The shells are made from dark chocolate with cocoa content of at least 39%, and the alcohol content of the fillings reaches up to 7.0% by weight. Produced by Laima, Latvia's most storied confectionery house, founded in Riga in 1870.
