Lackmann Smoked Chicken Thighs
German-smoked chicken thighs on the bone — lightly seasoned, hot-smoked to a deep amber, ready to eat
GERMANY · LACKMANN · ~400 G
What it is
Bone-in chicken thighs, brined with a touch of pepper and chilli, then hot-smoked the German way until the skin is bronzed and the meat is juicy right through. The smoke is gentle — you taste the bird first, then a warm wood note in the background.
Lackmann is a German producer of Eastern European meats and smoked specialities, well known in Russian and German delis across Europe. Eat the thighs straight from the pack at room temperature, warm them through in the oven for a few minutes, or pull the meat off the bone for salads, sandwiches, pasta and soljanka.
Ingredients
Chicken thighs (88%), water, salt, dextrose, black pepper extract, chilli pepper extract, maize protein hydrolysate, rapeseed protein hydrolysate, preservative (sodium nitrite), acidity regulator (sodium acetates), stabilisers (carrageenan, triphosphates).
Recipes vary by batch — always check the pack for the exact ingredient list of the batch you receive.
