Lidski Dark Kvass, 0.45 L
Belarusian fermented bread drink with roasted rye malt — no preservatives
BELARUS · LIDSKOE PIVO · 450 ML
What it is
Kvass is a traditional fermented grain drink with deep roots in Eastern European baking culture. Lidski Dark draws its character from dark rye malt concentrate — the same malt used in baking dark rye bread — which gives the drink its deep amber colour, creamy foam, and a flavour reminiscent of toasted bread crust.
Brewed by Lidskoe Pivo in Lida, Hrodna Region, Belarus. No artificial preservatives. Naturally fermented. Best served ice-cold.
Ingredients
Water (artesian), sugar, kvass wort concentrate (rye flour, fermented rye malt, brewing barley malt), dark rye malt concentrate (fermented rye malt, dark brewing barley malt), acidity regulator: citric acid.
Typical recipe. Always check the current can label for the most accurate ingredient list.
