Harmony Day Kvass
Natural fermentation · malt-based · 2 L

What it is
Kvass is one of the oldest fermented beverages of Eastern Europe — brewed from malted grain rather than hops. Harmony Day Kvass follows that tradition: made with barley and rye malts, naturally fermented, and lightly carbonated. The result is a mildly sweet, gently sour drink with the characteristic toasted-grain depth that makes kvass so distinct from any Western soft drink.
At 2 litres it’s ideal for the table — or as a long cold drink on a warm day. Non-alcoholic (naturally fermented to under 0.5% ABV).
Ingredients
Water, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, barley malt, rye malt, malt extract (rye malt, barley malt, rye flour, barley), acidity regulator: lactic acid, cornflour.
