What it is
Kharcho is one of Georgia's great soups — thick, aromatic, and built on the holy trinity of tomatoes, rice, and bold spices. Kronis packs this classic into a ready-to-heat tin: a full-flavoured broth with rice and vegetables, seasoned with coriander, garlic and a hint of heat.
Tip into a saucepan and heat through over medium heat for 5 minutes. Serve hot, with rye or wheat bread. A spoonful of sour cream on top is optional but welcome.
