What it is
A single-serve herbal kissel mix from Leovit, one of Russia's best-known producers of functional food products. Pour the sachet into a mug, add boiling water, and in two minutes you have a gently thickened warm drink built around lemon balm, valerian and hawthorn — three herbs traditionally used to ease nervous tension, restlessness and irritability. Fruit (apple and pear) rounds out the flavour; spices (turmeric, coriander, nutmeg) add warmth. Take one to three times daily, as needed.
