What it is
Classic sweetened condensed milk made by Jaani (Polven Foods), the only canned-milk producer in Estonia. The recipe is the one you already know — whole milk and sugar, slowly evaporated until thick, white and sweet — but the packaging is a clever update: a resealable doypack pouch with a screw-on dispenser. You squeeze out only what you need, twist the cap back, and the rest stays fresh in the fridge.
Drizzle into coffee, espresso or strong black tea, swirl through pancakes and waffles, top syrniki, fold through whipped cream as a quick dessert, or use it as a baking shortcut for fudge, tinginys, eclairs or layered cakes. The doypack also makes neat work of decorating — use the dispenser as a piping nozzle for stripes and dots.
