What it is
Pasteurised milk slow-cooked with sugar, chocolate powder and real cocoa until it turns into a thick, glossy, deep-brown sgushchenka. Made by Polven Foods in Estonia — the only condensed milk producer in the country — and packed in a soft doypack with a reusable screw-on cap, so it stays fresh between scoops.
Pour it over blini, syrniki or pancakes, swirl it into yogurt or porridge, or stir a spoonful into hot coffee for an instant mocha. Equally at home as the chocolate layer in a Napoleon, brownie filling, or piped over fresh berries.
