What it is
Ivan tea — made from the leaves of fireweed (Chamerion angustifolium) — is one of Russia’s oldest herbal drinks. The “Gorchakovsky” variety is fermented and granulated: leaves are slowly dried using infrared technology to lock in their natural compounds, then pressed into granules. The result brews deep amber and smooth, with a woody, slightly sweet aroma. No caffeine, no additives.
