What it is
Ivan Tea (Иван-чай) is a traditional Russian herbal drink brewed from fermented fireweed leaves (Chamerion angustifolium). Long before black and green teas arrived in Russia, fireweed leaves were harvested, hand-fermented, and dried into a smooth, amber-coloured brew with notes of honey and wild meadow. This Classic blend adds a touch of Altai wild herbs, giving the cup gentle warmth and a clean floral finish. Naturally caffeine-free — good at any time of day.
Steep one bag in freshly boiled water for 5–7 minutes. Can be brewed a second time.
