What it is
Latviska-style herring fillets are prepared to a traditional Baltic recipe: Atlantic herring (Clupea harengus) cured with salt and selected acidity regulators, then packed in rapeseed oil with herb savory and sunflower seeds for a rounded, mellow flavour.
