What it is
Boneless Atlantic herring fillet, gently salted and submerged in refined sunflower oil. The GOURMET line uses whole fillet pieces rather than minced trimmings, so the texture holds up whether you lay them on dark rye, fold them into a salad, or serve alongside boiled potatoes and dill.
