What it is
Hematogen is a long-established Eastern European nutrition bar built around bovine albumin — a natural haem-iron source that has been trusted for generations across Russia and the Baltic states. The Vita+ version adds vitamin C, which aids iron absorption, and the whole bar is enveloped in a smooth chocolate glaze.
