This dark rye variant is brewed from roasted rye malt and rye bread, giving it a deep amber colour and a pleasantly sharp, slightly tangy flavour. The addition of hemp seeds rounds out the profile with a subtle nuttiness and an earthy note that lingers pleasantly.
