What it is
Golden raisins are made from seedless white grapes dried to concentrate their natural sweetness. Treated with sulphur dioxide to preserve their characteristic pale golden colour, they are plumper and softer than dark raisins with a lighter, slightly floral flavour. Ready to eat straight from the pack or add to baking, porridge, and salads.
