What it is
Pryaniki are Russia's beloved spiced gingerbreads, soft and pillowy with a glossy sugar glaze. Rot Front's Korovka version fills that soft dough with boiled condensed milk — varёnaya sguschёnka — a caramel-toned filling with deep milky sweetness. Each piece is tender rather than crisp, not too heavy, and carries the Korovka flavour that generations of Russian sweet-lovers know well.
Ingredients
Wheat flour, sugar, boiled condensed milk filling (condensed whole milk with sugar, whey powder), water, molasses, confectionery fat (palm oil, coconut oil), potato starch, flavouring, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), acidity regulator (lactic acid), salt.
