What it is
Tarhun is the tarragon lemonade generations grew up with across the former Soviet Union — strongly carbonated, gently sweet, with the fresh, faintly anise-like note of tarragon and that unmistakable emerald colour. The recipe tradition goes back to 19th-century Georgia, where tarragon syrup first met sparkling water.
Georgian Bouquet (Грузинский букет) follows that tradition closely: the drink is built on a 100% natural tarragon infusion and tarragon oil rather than synthetic flavourings alone, and the recipe uses no preservatives. It is made in Ukraine by Firma Disna, with botanicals sourced from Ukraine and Georgia. Serve it well chilled — the 1.0L bottle is the everyday format.
