What it is
A Polish kiełbasa czosnkowa — pork sausage seasoned generously with garlic, gently smoked and fully cooked. Sokołów is one of Poland's leading meat producers, and this garlic sausage is one of their most recognised everyday varieties.
Serve sliced cold with rye bread and mustard, fry in a hot pan until golden, or add to soups and bigos for depth of flavour.
