What it is

How to use
Roll out your dough to an even thickness. Place the form on the dough and press firmly to cut out the shape. Add your filling to the centre, fold the dough over, and press the edges together to seal. For samsa, use a triangular or square fold; for varenniki, fold in half and crimp the edge.
