What it is
Duchess takes its name from the Duchess pear variety, long cultivated across the Caucasus and southern Russia. This concentrated syrup carries that same bright, aromatic pear character: sweet and slightly tart, with a clean fruity finish.
Add one part syrup to five or six parts chilled sparkling water for an instant lemonade. Just as good stirred into cocktails, poured over ice cream, or blended into smoothies.

Sugar, water, pear juice concentrate, glucose syrup, flavouring, acidity regulators (citric acid, ascorbic acid), caramel colour.
