What it is
Kibinai are a traditional pastry of the Karaite community from the Lithuanian town of Trakai — crescent-shaped parcels of dough filled with richly seasoned meat and baked until golden. Once made only for special occasions, kibinai have become one of Lithuania's most recognisable culinary symbols.
