What it is
Daumantų Caucasian Adjika is a thick, fiery condiment built on sun-ripened tomatoes and hot pepper paste, sharpened with dried garlic and a blend of traditional Caucasian herbs. The balance of heat, acidity and herbal depth makes it versatile: stir it into soups and stews, spread it on meat before grilling, or serve it as a dip alongside bread and chips.
Produced in Lithuania by Daumantai UAB, one of the Baltic region's established makers of traditional preserved sauces and condiments.
