One of the most used seasonings of Asian, Indian, Chinese, Latin American, African and Middle Eastern cuisines. Coriander is added to the dish, unlike other spices, not with tea but with tablespoons, usually at the very end of cooking stew and game, , dishes from chicken, fish, rice and tomatoes.
Cilantro is added for 10-15 minutes until the end of cooking, or when served on a table with dishes from meat, vegetables, marinades.
