What it is
A classic cooked sausage made from a blend of chicken and turkey meat. Leaner than traditional pork varieties, it has a mild, clean flavour and a smooth, firm texture that slices well cold or warm.
Best heated through in hot water or sliced and pan-fried until lightly golden. Good in sandwiches, alongside boiled potatoes, or chopped into salads and pasta dishes.
